Oof, this resonates. A quarter century on from my own experience of juggling a staff job with concession work, reading this brings back the exhaustion. I applaud the writer for continuing to make art in what little spare time they have. I wish I could throw out a platitude like "It gets better!" but it does what it does; systems don't just magically get better.
